Refund Policy Update
Single booking cancellations: Where the booking is a single booking relating to only one on-site accommodation, and that booking is cancelled:
- 48 Hours or more prior to the arrival date, then you will be refunded the full amount less a 5% admin fee, except during Peak periods when non refundable deposits are requested;
- Less than 48 Hours, no refunds.
Group booking cancellations: Where the booking is a group booking which relates to two or more on-site accommodations, and that booking is cancelled:
- 30 days or more prior to the arrival date, then you will be refunded an amount equal to the tariff you have paid less the tariff for one night’s accommodation;
- Between 30 and 14 days prior to arrival, then you will be refunded an amount equal to the tariff you have paid less 50% of the total tariff or the tariff for one night’s accommodation, whichever is greater.
- Less than 2 weeks, no refunds.
A booking may, subject to availability, be changed, however in such circumstances the tariff may change depending on the new booking period and a fee may apply in respect of the change. You may hold credit on your client account for up to 12 months.
No refunds or credit will be given for early departures once you have arrived at the park. Management reserves the right to hold deposits for bookings that are cancelled.
Book with Confidence
If your circumstances change outside our 48 Hour cancellation period we will offer a change of date, full credit to be used later or a full refund.

Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
